I am using word and excel 2010 with vista.  This is a new problem, when I try and save a a document, word or excel shut down and I can' save my changes.  I used the on-line advice already and disabled the add-ons.  I am lost now about what to do

Snap to grid problems

I unchecked "Snap to grid when grid lines are not displayed" as this seems to be the only option now to avoid the maddening snapping. The text box is still snapping, perhaps because I AM using grid lines. Is the option not to snap while using grid lines gone now?

how can we add "CC" field in mail merge in MS-word

Hi expert

              I have a list of name, Email Id-I, Email-Id-II,. I want to mail all the persen in name column having E-maild ID in respective row in E-mail ID-I, in to field and also in "CC" field i want the emaild Id in respective row E-mail Id-II. In to field i can do the same with mail merege command. how can i do for "CC" field.

 

Please help me.

I have microsoft 2010 starter, when i go to open an attachment from an email it says on microsoft word that there was an error in trying to open this file.. it never use to do this
