offce and crm in two diffent languages Posted: 04 Mar 2004 02:25 AM PST Microsoft CRM Outlook Client The following rules apply to Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook (the Outlook client). · The language edition of the Outlook client must match the language editions of Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Microsoft Windows XP Professional. · The language edition of the Outlook client must match the language edition of Microsoft Office (more specifically, Microsoft Outlook). · The language edition of the Outlook client must match the language edition of the Microsoft CRM Server application. For example, you cannot use German Outlook client on a system running English Microsoft CRM Server application. Server Requirements (Dual Processor?) Posted: 03 Mar 2004 07:31 AM PST The install will not fail if you have a singe processor machine. Assuming typical usage, this should be more than enough to support the system. I would expect that this config would support many more users than 10-20 so you should be safe. As with any system thoguh, you should monitor performance to make sure you are running into problems.
