File Slow to open and Changes to cells are slow
We use an Excel file that takes 9 seconds to make a change to a cell. Also takes several minutes to open....using Windows XP; Office 2007 latest patches

So far, I've got to FILE Types and changed xls and xlsx files to NO DDE and added back "%1" the end of the command line. When I check the type again....DDE is checked again....so not sure what is happening there
start Excel in Safe Mode start ; run excel /safe
