Excel cannot access 'Start Menu' error when open Excel 2010
Excel cannot access 'Start Menu' . The document may be read-only or encrypted error window when open Excel 2010. Followed by this error window, 'Start menu' cannot be accessed. The file may be corrupted, located on a server that is not responding or read-only.
All other Office 2010 applications open fine without this error. XLStart is located locally on this Win7 desktop. After selecting "OK" to each of the windows, one can open Excel fine.
