Posted: 01 Aug 2005 04:46 PM PDT Hi John, Thank you for the detailed response. I am sorry for not being more specific in my question. As I know how to change the actual contract creation, I was looking for how to change the contract template in Settings>Template Manager>Contract Templates. When I click "New Contract Template" there also is a Response Level Filed, independent of the on under the Service Tab > Contracts "New Contract." Is there any way to change that Response Level field? Once again, thank you in advance. -Horia "John O'Donnell" wrote: |

Posted: 01 Aug 2005 10:48 AM PDT Kathy, if you are going to be doing quotes with more than 1 or 2 line items, check out our Quick Quote add-on. It helps you build multi-line item quotes & orders much faster. Quick Quote also includes Proposal Publisher which outputs a nice looking quote (with logo!). Posted: 01 Aug 2005 08:26 AM PDT I understand about the 15 minute delay for the searching, however, I have tried it once again within Service and still I cannot find the article. It seems strange that when I search within the KB contained within "Workplace" for the same article I can get the article back but not in "Service". Surely the search in the "Service" section of CRM is exactly the same as the "Workplace" search??? Any other ideas? "John O'Donnell" wrote: |

CRM 1.2 Network Bandwidth usage Posted: 28 Jul 2005 04:50 AM PDT It's also perfectly possible to run the web browser client over a standard internet connection, as CRM is ultimately just another web application. All you need is: - Public IP address that is mapped to the CRM server - SSL (strictly not necessary, but I wouldn't want the traffic unencrypted) - Browser that supports Windows Authentication (i.e. Internet Explorer) "isalgado" wrote: |
