There is a javascript file which contains the window sizes for each type of
form. You can edit this but if you do you will not get support from MS so it
is your decision. Your changes are also likely to be overwritten by hotfixes
and patches so on balance I would live with it

Wrong CRM-Time

If you are referrin to the dates stored in the DB, then that is the way it works
as all the date are converted to GMT based on the users timezone.

Hello, where I can set up the right time for the field "modifiedon" or

Have anybody some suggestions?

Apparently many people haven't. It is an issue with Crystal 9 on W2K3/IIS6

It doesn't really matter. Most reports return just a page's worth

Great Plains Crystal Reports vs. CRM Crystal Reports

"Ayachem" <microsoft.com> wrote in message

Microsoft CRM install Crystal Enterprise 9.2.2. on the CRM server
automatically. This version of Crystal Enterprise cannot legally be used to
access data sources other than MSCRM as it is a custom OEM version unless
you have an appropriate Crystal Enterprise licence.

If you want to amend or add new reports to MSCRM you need to get hold of
Crystal Developer or Cystal Professional v9.2.2 but do not install this on
your CRM server (or any other Crystal Enterprise Server) otherwise you will
break Crystal Enterprise and have to complely reinstall MSCRM. Instead
install Crystal Developer/Professional on your development PC.

Or you could ditch Crystal and go with SQL Reporting Services

Thanks Jacob

Dont think I would ever have thought of that solution :-) Will give it a go
& see whether we can get people comfortable working this way.

Thanks for your help
