Not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but it will
not reduce the number of licenses you will need. And the
interface will still be web based.

What is "Normal" performance for CRM???

Definatly looks like your workstations are having problems,........what are
your servers running? Its a good idea to put SQL by itself and for it to
have the best cpu/memory.

Also check for bottlenecks such as in the network,.......try an nslookup,
maybe DNS issues?

Also, on your workstations, make sure they are absolutly clean,......I'm
talking toolbars (ie Hotbar,Yahoo,etc), spy/adware, etc..........these will
slow down any machine, especially when trying to access a
system..............that might explain the cpu spikes

What is MSCRMDistribution for?

Thanks Matt - I already did this last night. There were
22,000,000 records (not 200M) in the database and it was
running every 5 minutes.

We're going to defrag the SQL server tonight and
everything should be back in order.

BTW I changed the tasks to run once a day at 3am.

Thats all in Spanish so its a bit difficult to determine license arrangement
whether it should be used for organisations or not.

I'd recommend, 602 Pro Print Pack full licensed for 5 user at $75, or Jaws
PDF creator (bit more expesnive).

Maybe there are UK links to the same software as you mentioned Carlos, but I
would check out you arent breaching any licensing even if its shareware etc.

Hi Matt,

I thought about that, but afraid to lose the license also
this database is up and running. But I found out another
way. Reenter the license key for ms crm - I'll try that
after a back up.

Answer: UNinstalled Off2003, plus proj 2002 and visio 2002.
REMOVED the office base folder under programs. At some point I have also
removed MSXML also.
Reinstalled just OFFICE. Now its consistent. Will now add/remove to add word
etc.

Now Sales for Outlook installs.
Just one thought I wonder if perhaps it was because it REQUIRES msxml to be
missing so it will prompt to install that as well as the MSDE. Oh well
doesnt bear thinking about....

Its fairly hard but no where near the Install Course as far as I can see
(studying for).
Passed apps 1st time, with 1 day between course end and taking the exam.
