I'm looking for a chart to make for my kids for their chores to e. Posted: 14 Jan 2005 12:25 PM PST Hi did a quick search and came up with a few - my favourites are at: http://www.kerryskollectables.com/DAILYSHEETS.html Cheers JulieD "Childrens chores charts" <Childrens chores microsoft.com> wrote in message news:com... |
how do I get the gantt chart as it prints into word from project? Posted: 14 Jan 2005 10:23 AM PST It doesn't really go all into Word. To be honest no report does. The best you can do is export RAW data into Excel/Word or Filke/Print Screens and Reports into a PDF. Take Care Rob "Brian" wrote: |

Resource Allocation: showing over/underallocated in hrs instead o Posted: 14 Jan 2005 07:19 AM PST Hi Ed, I'm afraid you can't filter the timescaled portion of the Resource Usage view directly looking for a certain number of overallocated hours, but you can add the Overallocation field to the timescaled portion of the view to see how many hours per day (per week, per month etc.) the resource is overallocated. (Right click over the timescaled portion of the view and choose Overallocation from the shortcut menu.) You could then filter the entire view using the filter "Overallocated Resources" to show just those resources that Project marks as overallocated. Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along. Posted: 14 Jan 2005 04:09 AM PST Hi Gérard, Thanks for the input. Your reply just reminds me again that two people reading the same post can see two different questions. ;-) It never even occured to me that Dave was referring to the display of non-working time in the Resource Usage view - I just assumed he had added the Base Calendar field to the table portion of the view. force task to be completed within one day Posted: 13 Jan 2005 04:15 PM PST That is what I would have said. Formatting Gantt bars by Resource Posted: 13 Jan 2005 03:53 PM PST Project 98 does not have formulas for fields. However, you can set the flags manually. If you want an automatic solution you will need to write a macro. It is not so difficult and I have examples at my site which can help. But it is a bit confusing for a first-timer. -- -Jack ...
