Need Replacement Disk: Office v. X

MS won't help you here.
Have you tried carefully cleaning the disk (with a disk cleaning spray)
and then see if you can make a copy of it? If it copies without
erroring, you should be able to use the disk. I've salvaged more than a
few disks this way.

I meant "misunderstood". Thanks for the insight. I've only maintained my

I have followed the directions given. Thank you
I get the "too many user message" after I open the programs to
reestablish the preference
and I put my program code in.
Any ideas?

Thanks, Priyanka. I can try to get this info, or I can send you the
one of the fonts privately.

Office 98, Office 2001, and Office X will all qualify. You don't need
to install the older program--just use the drag and drop installer and
when it asks you to point at a qualifying version, insert the old CD
into the disk drive and point there.

But an exchange would simplify your life overall.

If Comcast is the ISP provider they are having a problem with the DNS

Macoptia download page and get the update.

Hi,

Does the freshly imaged iMac have a copy of Office 2004 on it as well as the
older Macs?

Which version of Microsoft Office are you actually using? In any of the
Office applications, click on the name of the application in the menu bar,
then choose "About [application]". Which version number do you see, 10.x.x
or 11.x.x?
