Help! How to set the "level of reading" of the Account record Posted: 17 May 2005 01:05 PM PDT On the sunny side... you should be able to accomplish this easily in 2.0. You'll just need to add a custom entity, and restrict access on that (entire) entity to read only for the subordinates. HTH, Dave |

Posted: 17 May 2005 11:33 AM PDT Thanks for your Reply Dave All I am interested in doing is having an alert sent went an appointment is comming up soon. Sort of like an Outlook Callendar reminder poping up when you have something due. I know there is nothing that can provide a pop up. But I was wondering is there an activity I can create that would be triggered by an appointments due date? As to your number 2 comment I have c360's summary pack and it shows that info. Thanks anyway "Dave Carr (dave- no com" wrote: |

Posted: 17 May 2005 05:53 AM PDT Jen, If you have access to a MSDN subscription, then you can download it from there. Otherwise, there is no "true" eval license. Your best bet is to try to find a local partner that has experience with it to see if they can arrange more of a hands-on type demo for you. We've done that for a few of our prospects. A key is to make sure you know what you are looking for. If your expectations aren't kown going into any package, odds are you will be dissappointed. Page not found after installing FTP Server Service on MS CRM 1.2 Posted: 13 May 2005 08:04 AM PDT Hi Julio~ Also make sure the default.aspx file is located within the folder. Then, if no other websites are running on the server set the IP Address to All Unassigned under the properties of the CRM website. Make sure the port number is set to 80. Do you use any host headers for the CRM website? If so, temporarily remove the host header, restart IIS and then test and see if the error occurs.
