Hi Tim, am real sorry I used the wrong salute when replying to your post,
not sure why I used John, perhaps it is because John is displayed in the
next post on this computer.

That worked for the word processor and the spreadsheet. Microsoft really do
need to do a lot more non US testing. Visio 2002 would not let me set the
default language to English UK, and Microsoft support just confirmed this

a bug. It seems a shame that something so basic is missed in their testing

Print problem Microsoft Works

Hi Kevin,

I tried a number of things, for one installing the file mentioned in
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=314517 but I only was able to print her
Calendar once I had changed her rights to administrator again, as mentioned
in one of the documents I also found in the Knowledge base.

So I guess I have no choice!
