Apologies...

we use a product called exclaimer - so I get used to calling them
disclaimers...

If the image file is on a server that they don't have rights to view maybe...

I'd still try it with standard text inside a html signature to see if it's a
html coding issue...

How to generate DYnamic DLs from a single custom attribute

Posted: 21 Oct 2008 10:24 AM PDT

I don't want to have to rewrite all the queries each time I add a new DL.
I'd like to be be able to use a series of binary operations to generate a
list of groups, however many there are.

IMF not enabled, but Outlook still putting messages to Junk folder

Posted: 21 Oct 2008 09:26 AM PDT

Outlook clients are in cached mode. Some have this address listed as a safe
sender, too, which makes this all the more confusing.

Domino routes to an Exchange bridgehead who send on the message via the
internal SMTP VS.

The internet VS is strictly accepting internet inbound messages.

Now it makes sense.
MAR6 would probably be Mail ARchiver 6 (6 being the current version!)

Exchange failover setup issues

Hi Ed,

Yes, same site and same AD domain. What switchover are you referring to? And
what is switching over?

As far as you are concerned, have I got my ducks in a row?

Thanks

OWA Calendar printing for exchange 2007

Posted: 20 Oct 2008 12:57 PM PDT

This is actually great information for Outlook, but I am trying to print out
the Calendar in OWA 2007. The print icon that used to be in OWA 2003 is now
gone. When you try to print in OWA 2007 the calendar is all messed up.
There are no options for times or what type (monthly, weekly, work week). It
basicly prints a screenshot of the page. The only printer functionality is
out of Internet Explorer. BTW, I am using IE7.

Exchange is processing external domain that is not on our network

Andy,

Thanks again for your help.

Now , as to not make too much change to the file, since Microsoft warns of
destroying your whole server, if I make the wrong change.

I found 4 references to the name of the domain. Can I just change one or
two letters of the domain name and allow it to be there with the wrong
spelling. This way the correct name would work and the misspelled name will
be there but since no one is going to send to the misspelled name, I should
be ok?

Does that make sense?

Thank You Very Much

You can search for any smtp address in ADUC. Why do you think it's an alias,

Too much Spam - How do you stop it?

Posted: 20 Oct 2008 08:21 AM PDT

My choice was always to put a server in front of exchange to serve as spam
filter and let exchenge deal with "clean" email.
I happen to use open source, however some of oour clients use GFI mail
essentials and surf control, which proved to be almost perfect.

Best Way to Repair Exchange - Bad Page Link Error

Martin,

Thanks for your help.

I am afraid it's the version of Exchange 2003 that comes with Small Business
Server 2003. Does this mean I can't do that?

Exchange 2003 to 2007 Migration

Posted: 17 Oct 2008 06:27 AM PDT

Hi Mark

Thanks for your response. I forget to mention couple of points

1. My Exchange 2003 is ruuning on 32 bit platform
2. I have 64 bit box where I'd install the Exchange 2007
3. My DC is running on 32 bit and additional DC is ruiing on 64 bit and
eventually we are going to make 64 bit adc is our dc. The dc running on 32
bit will be taken out.

Thanks
Prakash
